Welcome to the Singles Ministry of FBCT! 
We strive to offer a safe place of hope to those who need it.  As Jeremiah 29:11 says:

“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Bible Studies
Studies to help you in your walk with God are offered.  Two such current studies include:

  20/30 Bible study time Sundays in Annex in room 102.  Come
  study at 9:15 (or so) before the 10:50 worship.

  Ladies-only study for young women is led by Markela Brooker,
  also on Sundays at 9:15 in room 103 of the Annex.

  Our Seekers Class led by Harold Misenhimer at 9:15 in CLC
  room 208 provides a place to belong, excellent Bible study, and
  a starting point for service.

DivorceCare
Part of the task of giving hope to other is giving help.  DivorceCare is a step in that process.  The separation or divorce of a married couple consistently ranks in the highest “stressors” we can face as humans.  If you are going through a divorce or separation, DivorceCare might be for you. DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. DivorceCare support group takes place Wednesdays at our church in CLC Room 202.   

DivorceCare For Kids
Kids need a safe and neutral place to recognize and learn to share their feelings.  If you are interested in working in a fun environment with kids whose parents are going through divorce, please call Robby and talk with him.

Lunch & A Movie
This Sunday, December 21st
Nothing gets a person in the Christmas spirit like watching White Christmas at the Alabama Theatre...and that's exactly what our Singles will do this Sunday!

After 10:45/10:50 worship this Sunday morning, we'll meet by the church marquee on Chalkville Mountain Road, choose a restaurant for lunch, then embark on the Alabama Theatre for the 2:00 PM showing of White Christmas.  And you're invited!
